What is your return policy?

We try our best to represent our products with excellent pictures and descriptions. Lighting, computer monitors, and yarn dye lots can have an effect on colour tones. All pictures are taken with natural light to represent the colour most accurately.
If, however, you are unhappy with your order please contact me so we can work something out. I'm happy once my customers are happy.
Arrangements to return/exchange an item must be made within one week of the customer receiving their order. If I receive no response from you within one week of receipt of your order, then I will assume you are happy.
Refunds less cost of shipping will be issued upon receipt of the item in new condition, unworn and undamaged.
In the event of a return/exchange the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, and refunds will not include shipping.
If item arrives damaged or the order is incorrect in terms of size or color and the above was due to me making a mistake, please contact me so we can resolve the situation.

What are the payment options?

We offer EFT or Yoco payment options.
International clients can also pay via Paypal.
